Description
Este o bere bruna, brasata cu pasiune si rabdare in stilul unei beri de tip wild ale, din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, malt de baza pilsner si alte tipuri de malturi de orz de specialitate, fulgi de orz si ovaz, hamei, zahar brun candel, fermentata cu un mix de bacterii (lactobaccilus & pediococcus) si un blend unic de drojdii Brettanomyces si Saccharomyces. O armonie de gusturi care imbina dulceata subtila a granelor, notele acide ale bacteriilor, vanilia si taninii stejarului si notele pamantoase ale drojdiei salbatice. Asezonata cu sirop de visine pentru un plus de aroma. Maturata in butoaie de stejar timp de 10 luni, cu un gust intens, cu note acide, fructate, ierboase si de piele.
Acesta bere poate fi pastrata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si gustul si complexitatea in timp.
SERVIRE: 10 ºC – 12 ºC IN PAHAR CU PICIOR. ALATURI DE: RISOTTO CU CIUPERCI, PLACINTA CU CARNE, BRANZETURI DE CAPRA, TARTA CU VISINE.
Brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a wild specialty beer, Cuvée Lisa is made of the finest ingredients from pilsner base malt and other roasted malt specialities, barley and oat flakes, hops, dark candi sugar and fermented with a Belgian sour mix of bacterias (lactobaccilus & pediococcus) and a unique blend of Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces yeasts. A pure harmony between the mellow sweetness of the malts, the sour notes of the lactic bacterias, oak vanilla and the funky tones of Brettanomyces. All seasoned up with sour cherries on top added in the barrel. Oak barrel aged for 10 months, this beer has a strong, acidic, fruity, herbal, leathery and earthy character and can be stored for years.
SERVING: 10 ºC – 12 ºC IN FLUTE OR SNIFTER GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: WILD MUSHROOM RISOTTO, COTTAGE PIE, GOAT CHEESE OR A HOT MINCE PIE.
