Description
Brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a wild specialty dark beer, Cuvée Mateea is made of the finest ingredients from barley malts, barley and oat flakes, hops, fermented with a blend of lactic bacterias and Brettanomyces yeast strain, flavoured with a raspberry extract and aged for 22 months in oak barrels. A pure harmony with a rich bouquet of raspberries, molasses, toasted oak, dark and stone fruits. Intense taste of smooth tart, toffee, raspberry pie, hay and tannins, sour notes of lactic bacterias and funky tones of Brettanomyces.
SERVING: 12 ºC – 14 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS

Este o bere bruna, brasata cu pasiune si rabdare in stilul unei beri de tip wild ale, din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, malturi de orz, fulgi de orz si de ovaz, hamei, fermentata cu un blend de bacterii lactice si o tulpina de Brettanomyces, aromatizata cu un extract natural de zmeura, si maturata timp de 22 de luni in butoaie de stejar. O armonie pura cu un buchet bogat de zmeura, melasa, stejar toastat, toffee, tarta cu zmeura, fan si tanini, cu tonuri funky de drojdie salbatica. Acesta bere poate fi pastrata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si gustul si complexitatea in timp.
