Oriel Lichtenweisse is a light blonde beer, brewed with passion and creativity from four types of malts, two of wheat, including smoked wheat, and two of barley. The wort was soured in the main kettle with Lactobacillus and was primarily fermented in a tank with a liquid Ale yeast strain. This beer crosses centuries of tradition, reminiscent of traditional recipes from 1800s Germany. A clear appearance with effervescent foam accompanies a delight to the taste buds. Distinct wheat notes, subtle tones of citrus and lemon, characteristic of its Berliner Weisse roots, along with smoked wheat notes typical of the Lichtenhainer style, culminate in a crisp and refreshing finish. A bottle-refermented beer with an acidic profile that is enjoyed fresh, it is a tribute to German tradition and to the German styles named in the past “the champagnes of the North”.

Este o bere blond deschis, brasata cu pasiune si creativitate din patru tipuri de malturi, doua de grau, inclusiv grau afumat, doua de orz, mustul a fost acrit in vasul principal cu Lactobacillus si fermentata primar in tanc cu o tulpina de drojdie lichida de tip Ale. Aceasta bere traverseaza secole de traditie, amintind de retete consacrate din Germania anilor 1800. Un aspect clar, cu o spuma efervescenta insoteste o incantare a papilelor. Note distincte de grau, tonuri subtile de citrice si lamaie, caracteristice radacinilor sale de Berliner Weisse, note de grau afumat caracteristic stilului Lichtenhainer, culmineaza intr-un final crisp si racoritor. O bere refermentata in sticla, cu un profil acid care se savureaza fresh, un omagiu adus traditiei germane si a berilor nemtesti numite “sampaniile Nordului”.
