Description
It is brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a Belgian Quadrupel, but this time without barrel aging, from tank to bottle. Made of the finest ingredients from six types of malts, two types of hops, Belgian dark candi syrup, fermented with a special blend of liquid Belgian strain yeasts, Oriel Quadrupel greets with pronounced aromas of raisins, prunes, dates and caramel. The taste is intense, with notes of roasted malts, chocolate and spicy alcohol. The complex character is amplified by the synthesis of yeasts, creating a perfect harmony in each beer.
SERVING: 14 ºC – 16 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: STEAKS, RIBS AND RICH DESSERTS
Este o bere bruna, brasata cu pasiune si rabdare in stilul unui Quadrupel belgian reinterpretat, fara maturare in butoaie, direct din tanc in sticla. Brasata din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate: sapte tipuri de malturi, doua tipuri de fulgi, doua tipuri de hamei, sirop candi si fermentata cu un blend de drojdii cu tulpina belgiana lichida, Oriel Quadrupel intampina cu arome pronuntate de stafide, prune uscate, curmale si caramel. Gustul este intens, cu note de malturi prajite, ciocolata si alcool picant. Caracterul complex este amplificat prin sinteza drojdiilor, creand o armonie perfecta in fiecare bere.
