It is brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a Belgian Quadrupel, with the finest ingredients from six types of malts, two types of hops, Belgian dark candi syrup, Madagascar & Tahiti vanilla beans, raspberries and fermented with a special blend of liquid Belgian strain yeasts.
Ruby dark color with impressive head and dominant notes of raspberries, vanilla, figs, esters and roasted malt.
The taste is rich, smooth and intense ascending from the fruity and malty notes to chocolate, vanilla, alcohol, evolving after each sip, warming you up.
The complex character is increased by the synthesis of the yeasts creating a perfect harmony in each brew .
SERVING: 14 ºC – 16 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: STEAKS, RIBS AND RICH DESSERTS
Oriel Quadrupel Raspberry Vanilla este o bere complexa, brasata cu pasiune in stilul unui Quadrupel belgian, din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, sase tipuri de malturi, doua tipuri de hamei, sirop belgian candi, suc de zmeura, pastai de vanilie din Madagascar & Tahiti si fermentata cu un blend de drojdii lichide. Culoarea rubiniu inchis este invaluita de o spuma generoasa cu note dominante de zmeura, vanilie, smochine, esteri si malturi prajite. Gustul este bogat si intens, cu note fructate, ciocolata si vanilie, evoluand dupa fiecare inghititura. Caracterul complex este amplificat prin sinteza drojdiilor, creand o armonie perfecta in fiecare bere.
