It is brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a Belgian Quadrupel. Made of the finest ingredients from a base of rye malt that adds depth and layers of complexity with spicy notes, other roasted malts, two types of flakes, two types of hops, Belgian dark candi sugar and fermented with liquid Belgian strain yeast, Rye Quadrupel Bourbon Barred Aged has a long lasting exquisite taste. Gentle notes of biscuit-like flavor with a smooth mouthfeel component, malty-sweet aromas with hints of bread and honey. The complex character of vanilla and oak is amplified by the barrel aging in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for more than 11 months. A delight for you that can be drank now or later because it will develop great features in time.
SERVING: 14 ºC – 16 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: STEAKS, RIBS AND RICH DESSERTS
Este o bere bruna, brasata cu pasiune si rabdare in stilul unui Quadrupel belgian reinterpretat. Ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, dintre care o baza de malt de secara, care adauga complexitate si note usor picante, alte malturi prajite, doua tipuri de fulgi, doua tipuri de hamei, zahar candel brun si fermentata cu drojdie lichia cu tulpina belgiana, Oriel Rye Quadrupel Bourbon Barrel Aged are gust extrem de rafinat asemenea unei creme de zahar ars. Note subtile asemanatoare biscuitilor cu unt, o finete desavarsita pe palat, arome dulci – maltoase, cu note de paine si miere. Caracterul complex al vaniliei si stejarului este amplificat de maturarea in butoaie proaspat golite de bourbon, timp de 11 luni.
O bere armonioasa care poate fi savurata acum sau maturata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si gustul si complexitatea in timp.
