Oriel Saison Nimbu Pani is our reinterpretation of a Belgian Saison, a historically top-fermented beer, but enhanced with an exotic twist. Brewed from a blend of barley, rye, and spelt malts, combined with barley and oak flakes, hops, and fermented using a Belgian Saison strain, the result is a sunlit blond beer, bursting with an array of captivating aromas. The mellow malt and the citrus hops distinctly mark their presence, while the yeast offers a hint of moderate phenolic depth. The fusion of zesty lemon, refreshing mint, intriguing black salt, and our secret mix of masala spices, not only quenches your thirst, but also takes your senses on a journey, seamlessly melding traditional flair with tropical allure. With “Nimbu Pani” meaning “lemon water”, it’s tailored to your preference – savour it with the yeast for a full-bodied experience or without, for a crisper finish.
SERVING: 8 ºC – 10 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: BLUE CHEESE, SMOKED OR ROASTED MEATS AND SPICY DISHES.
Oriel Saison Nimbu Pani este interpretarea unei beri belgiene de tip Saison, o bere istorica, de fermentatie superioara, de data aceasta imbogatita cu un twist exotic.
Brasata dintr-un amestec de malturi de orz, secara si alac, fulgi de orz si ovaz, hamei, si fermentata cu o tulpina de drojdie lichida belgiana specifica stilului Saison, rezultatul este o bere blonda care exploreaza o gama de arome captivante. Granele si hameiul citric isi marcheaza distinct prezenta, in timp ce notele date de fermentatia drojdiei dau o nota fenolica moderata. Fuziunea cu lamaia, menta revigoranta, sarea neagra si amestecul nostru de condimente masala completeaza gustul. Inspiratia “Nimbu Pani” provine din traditia indiana, termenul insemnand limonada, aceasta bere este extrem de racoritoare si poate fi savurata fara drojdie pentru un aspect limpede si un gust crisp, sau cu drojdie, pentru mai mult gust si corpolenta.
