Oriel Tripel Hoppy is our 4 years anniversary beer. Made of the finest ingredients, from German and Belgian malts, barley and oat flakes, American hops, orange peel, coriander seeds, Candi sugar, Ceylon Silver tips tea and fresh Belgian yeast strain. The alluring dark gold and hazy color accompanies a complex scent with an exquisite finesse.
A composite of aromas with mirabelle plums, bread notes, spicy phenols, honey, gather alongside a complex taste of fruity esters, floral and earthy hops, developing intense aroma and bitterness due to the Mosaic and Amarillo hops.
A balanced beer, tender, yet strong, to be enjoyed fresh without the yeast added in the glass.
SERVING: 8 ºC – 10 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: LIGHT MEALS, FISH, GOAT CHEESE AND SPICY FOODS.
Oriel Tripel Hoppy este berea noastra aniversara de patru ani. Produsa din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, malturi de orz germane si belgiene, fulgi de orz si ovaz, hamei american, coaja de portocala, seminte de coriandru, zahar candel belgian, frunze de ceai Ceylon silver tips si drojdie lichida cu tulpina belgiana. O culoare placuta, portocaliu inchis, intampina alaturi de un miros complex cu o finete parfumata. O compozitie de arome se imbina armonios cu note de corcoduse, cereale, fenoli picanti, miere, esteri fructati, note florale si ierboase, dezoltandu-se o aroma si amareala intense datorate hameiului american Mosaic si Amarillo. O bere echilibrata, suava, dar intensa, care trebuie savurata fresh, fara a se adauga drojdia in pahar.
SERVIRE: 8 ºC – 10 ºC IN PAHAR CU PICIOR. ALATURI DE PREPARATE USOARE, PESTE, BRANZETURI DE CAPRA, MANCARURI PICANTE.
