Description
A collaboration between Oriel Beer and Bereta from Timisoara, an audacious Gose, aged in oak barrels for nine (9) months. Barley and wheat malt, wheat flakes, coriander seeds, Hallertau Blanc hop, black Himalayan salt, blood orange extract, Tahiti vanilla, lactose and kettle soured with Lactobacillus,Templed in twilight is a true gem among beers. A beautiful golden color with fizzy body and champagne characteristics round up with a burst of aromas of lemon pie and blood oranges. The taste is mighty with brut, acidic notes, salt, limetta, neroli, biscuits, vanilla and wood sweetness, creating an uncommon amalgam close to transcendence. A long aftertaste lingers on the palate leaving a mellow sweetness with sour notes.
SERVING: 10 ºC – 12 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: GOAT CHEESE, COQUILLE SAINT JACQUES, SEA FOOD, THAI CURRY.
O colaborare indrazneata intre Oriel Beer si Bereta Tm, o bere acida de tip gose, maturata timp de noua luni in butoi de stejar. Brasata cu malt de orz si grau, fulgi de grau, seminte de coriandru, hamei Hallertau Blanc, sare neagra de Himalaya, extract de portocale rosii, vanilie Tahiti, lactoza si acrita in kettle cu Lactobacillus, Templed in twilight este o bere mai mult decat complexa. Culoarea placuta, aurie este conturata de un corp ferm, cu un perlaj fin si arome de portocale rosii si prajitura cu lamaie. Gustul este brut, cu note acide, sare, limetta, neroli, biscuiti, vanilie si dulceata de lemn, creand un amalgam vibrant si prelung. Finalul este intens, cu note usor florale si dulci.
