This Romanian – Belgian collaboration is a Tripel style beer brewed in patience with Belgian hops and lemongrass and aged in Țuică barrels (traditional Romanian fruit distilled brandy). Three types of barrels (oak, cherry and mulberry tree) that kept different types of Țuică (apples, pears and plums) put their mark on the beer resulting an explosion of flavours in your mouth. Exquisite notes of baked apples, pears and green plums with a smooth mouthfeel and a velvety dry aftertaste, make this brew a quintessence.
Țuiple’Up este o colaborare unica intre Oriel Beer si HopSaSam, o bere romano – belgiana de tip Tripel, aromatizata cu hamei belgian, lemongrass si maturata in butoaie de Țuică. Buchetul este puternic, cu note fructate de mere coapte, prune verzi, o usoara aciditate si note de țuică, insotite de o spuma densa, durabila. Gustul este catifelat, cu note de pere, note usor picante si toast, totul finalizand intr-un post gust lung si usor amarui.
