Oriel Quadrupel Raspberry Vanilla is brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a Belgian Quadrupel, with the finest ingredients from six types of malts, two types of hops, Belgian dark candi syrup, Madagascar & Tahiti vanilla beans, raspberries and fermented with a special blend of liquid Belgian strain yeasts.
Ruby dark color with impressive head and dominant notes of raspberries, vanilla, figs, esters and roasted malt.
The taste is rich, smooth and intense ascending from the fruity and malty notes to chocolate, vanilla, alcohol, evolving after each sip, warming you up.
The complex character is increased by the synthesis of the yeasts creating a perfect harmony in each brew .

Oriel Winter 2022 was the sultry beer of the season, but for the first time, aged in oak barrels. Luscious ones, from bourbon and maple syrup in which we aged the beer for eleven months. Pure bliss with notes of roasted malt, dried fruits, almonds and vanilla with an intense taste of maple taffy, creamy vanilla and toasted oak. A unique complexity with undertones lingering on the palate and a heart warming finale.

Oriel Quadrupel Raspberry Vanilla este o bere complexa, brasata cu pasiune in stilul unui Quadrupel belgian, din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, sase tipuri de malturi, doua tipuri de hamei, sirop belgian candi, suc de zmeura, pastai de vanilie din Madagascar & Tahiti si fermentata cu un blend de drojdii lichide. Culoarea rubiniu inchis este invaluita de o spuma generoasa cu note dominante de zmeura, vanilie, smochine, esteri si malturi prajite. Gustul este bogat si intens, cu note fructate, ciocolata si vanilie, evoluand dupa fiecare inghititura. Caracterul complex este amplificat prin sinteza drojdiilor, creand o armonie perfecta in fiecare bere.

Oriel Winter 2022 este brasata cu rabdare, in stilul unei beri de tip Belgian Dark Strong Ale, din sase tipuri de malturi, doua tipuri de fulgi, doua de hamei, zahar candel brun belgian si fermentata o drojdie lichida cu tulpina belgiana. Este maturata timp de 11 luni in butoaie proaspat golite de sirop de artar din Canada, folosite anterior la maturarea bourbon-ului. Aromele sunt impresionante, incarcate cu note de ciocolata neagra, malturi caramelizate, vanilie si sirop de artar. Gustul este intens, cu o complexitate unica, cu note de fructe uscate, caramele cu sirop de artar, vanilie si stejar toastat. Refermentata si maturata in sticla, ea poate fi pastrata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si caracterul in timp.
