Oriel Winter is a sublime beer specially made for the cold season, inspired by the traditional gingerbread. Brewed with patience, in the style of a Belgian Dark Strong Ale from seven types of malt, two types of flakes, two types of hops, Belgian dark candi sugar rocks, to a special blend of liquid Belgian yeast strains and, of course, with some special ingredients added, cocoa and tonka beans, Ceylon cinnamon, coriander seeds, orange extract, dry ginger, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla essence. The aromas are full of dark chocolate, spices, molasses and roasted notes. The taste is impressive, full of layers of sophistication with undertones of chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, dried cherries and some honey. A unique complexity with undertones lingering on the palate.

Oriel Winter 2021 este o bere sublima, de iarna, inspirata de traditionala turta dulce. Este brasata cu rabdare, in stilul unei beri de tip Belgian Dark Strong Ale, din sapte tipuri de malturi, doua tipuri de fulgi, doua de hamei, zahar candel brun belgian, fermentata cu un blend de drojdii lichide si, bineinteles, cu cateva ingrediente, adaugate extra, pentru un plus de aroma, boabe de cacao si tonka, scortisoara din Ceylon, seminte de coriandru, extract de portocala, ghimbir confiat, nucsoara, cuisoare si esenta de vanilie. Aromele sunt impresionante, incarcate cu note de ciocolata neagra, condimente, melasa si note prajite. Gustul este intens, cu o complexitate unica cu note persistente pe palat.
\nMaturata in sticla timp de cateva luni, aceasta bere poate fi pastrata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si gustul si complexitatea in timp.<\/p>\n
