Brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a wild specialty blond beer, Cuv\u00e9e Persica is made of the finest ingredients from barley, spelt and rye malts, barley and oat flakes, hops, fermented with a blend of lactic bacterias and Brettanomyces yeast strain, flavoured with a white peaches extract and aged for 17 months in tank and oak barrels. A pure harmony in a sunny beer with a delicate aroma of white peaches. Sour notes of lactic bacterias, funky tones of Brettanomyces are seasoned up with floral sweetness, mellow tartness, biscuits, toast, all ending in a complex, oak note.<\/p>\n
