Aged for 20 months in Spanish Oak barrels that once housed the revered Pedro Xim\u00e9nez sherry for 30 years, this Belgian Quadrupel boasts rich hues of dark brown. The aroma unveils a medley of ripened plums, dark cherries, and soaked raisins, layered with a hint of spice. The palate experiences a dance of sour cherry chocolate and apple tart, concluding with a subtle bitter aftertaste. Brasata cu rabdare si pasiune, in stilul unui clasic Quadrupel belgian, din ingrediente alese, malt de orz de baza si malturi de orz de specialitate, fulgi de orz si ovaz, doua tipuri de hamei, zahar candel brun si fermentata cu o drojdie lichida de tulpina belgiana, aceasta bere a fost maturata timp de 20 de luni intr-un butoi de stejar spaniol care a innobilat inainte renumitul sherry Pedro Xim\u00e9nez. Aromele dezvaluie un amestec de prune coapte, cirese negre si stafide inmuiate, cu o nota usor condimentata. Palatul este rasfatat cu arome de ciocolata cu visina acra si tarta de mere, cu un final subtil amarui. Acesta bere poate fi pastrata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si gustul si complexitatea in timp.<\/p>\n
