Description
Brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a wild specialty blond beer, Cuvée Persica is made of the finest ingredients from barley, spelt and rye malts, barley and oat flakes, hops, fermented with a blend of lactic bacterias and Brettanomyces yeast strain, flavoured with a white peaches extract and aged for 17 months in tank and oak barrels. A pure harmony in a sunny beer with a delicate aroma of white peaches. Sour notes of lactic bacterias, funky tones of Brettanomyces are seasoned up with floral sweetness, mellow tartness, biscuits, toast, all ending in a complex, oak note.
SERVING: 8 ºC – 12 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS
FOOD PAIRING: TACOS, FISH, SALADS, GOAT CHEESE OR FRUIT GALETTE.
Este o bere blonda, brasata cu pasiune si rabdare in stilul unei beri de tip wild ale, din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, malturi de orz, secara si alac, fulgi de orz si de ovaz, hamei, fermentata cu un blend de bacterii lactice si o tulpina de Brettanomyces, aromatizata cu un extract natural de piersici albe, si maturata timp de 17 de luni in tanc si in butoaie de stejar. O armonie pura cu note delicate de piersici, paine prajita si lemn, cu un gust usor acrisor, dat de bacteriile lactice se completeaza cu dulceata florala a drodjiei primare.
