Description
Brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a wild specialty dark beer, Cuvée Mathesis is made of the finest ingredients from barley malts, barley and oat flakes, hops, fermented with a blend of lactic bacterias and Brettanomyces yeast strain and aged for 21 months in oak barrels. A pure harmony with a rich bouquet of toasted oak, molasses, smoked plums and stone fruits. Intense taste of smooth tart, dark chocolate, garden sorrel, hay and tannins, sour notes of lactic bacterias and funky tones of Brettanomyces.
SERVING: 12 ºC – 14 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS
FOOD PAIRING: STEAK, ALPINE CHEESE, HOT MINCE PIE OR CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉS
Este o bere bruna, brasata cu pasiune si rabdare in stilul unei beri de tip wild ale, din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, malturi de orz, fulgi de orz si de ovaz, hamei, fermentata cu un blend de bacterii lactice si o tulpina de Brettanomyces, si maturata timp de 21 de luni in butoaie de stejar. O armonie pura cu un buchet bogat de stejar toastat, melasa, prune afumate si fructe cu samburi. Gust intens, taninos, cu note de ciocolata neagra, macris de gradina, fan si tonuri funky de drojdie salbatica. Acesta bere poate fi pastrata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si gustul si complexitatea in timp.
