Cuvée Persica – Barrel Aging: 17 months
Notes: White peaches, lactic bacterias, Brettanomyces yeast, delicate aroma, sour and floral sweetness, complex oak note.
Cuvée Mathesis – Barrel Aging: 21 months
Notes: Toasted oak, molasses, smoked plums, stone fruits, dark chocolate, garden sorrel, tannins, sour lactic notes.
Cuvée Mateea – Barrel Aging: 22 months
Notes: Raspberries, toasted oak, molasses, toffee, smooth tart, hay, tannins, sour and funky Brettanomyces tones.
Cuvée Anne Marie – Barrel Aging: 16 months
Notes: Viognier Romanian oak, autumn peach, apricot, toasted oak, vanilla, hay, leather tones, slightly tart.
Oriel Saison Pinot Gris Barrel Aged – Barrel Aging: 15 months
Notes: Belgian Saison strain, peaches, pineapple, vanilla woody undertones, phenolic depth, refreshing and balanced.
