Description
Brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a wild specialty beer, Cuvée Anne Marie is a blond beer, made of the finest ingredients from three types of grains (barley base malt and specialities, rye and spelt malt), oat flakes, hops and fermented with a Saison Belgian yeast strain. Aged for 16 months in a freshly emptied Viognier Romanian oak barrel from Clos de Colombes Winery, with merging aromas and taste of a mixed fermentation with Brettanomyces involved, this beer has a rich bouquet with the aroma of autumn peach and taste of apricot, toasted oak, vanilla and hay notes. An intense aftertaste with a bit of tart, fruits and leather tones.
SERVING: 8 ºC – 12 ºC IN FLUTE, VIOGNIER GLASS WINE, ORIEL PETITE GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: LOBSTER, FISH, LAMB CURRY, FOIE GRASS AND AGED CHEESE
Este o bere blonda, brasata cu pasiune si rabdare in stilul unei beri de tip wild ale, din ingrediente de cea mai buna calitate, malturi de orz de baza si specialitate, malt de secara, malt de alac, fulgi de orz si de ovaz, hamei, si fermentata cu o tulpina belgiana de drojdie de Saison. Maturata timp de 16 luni intr-un butoi de stejar romanesc, proaspat golit de vin alb Viognier de la Crama Clos de Colombes, cu arome care se intrepatrund si o fermentatie mixta, aceasta bere are un buchet bogat, cu aroma piersicilor tomnatice, lemn toastat, vanilie, un gust fructat cu note ierboase, o usoara acreala si o prospetime care persista pe palat. Acesta bere poate fi pastrata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si gustul si complexitatea in timp.
