Rye’s Dark Whisper is our different take on an Imperial Rye Porter, crafted from the finest ingredients. This beer stands out with its intense color, a deep ebony that hints at the richness within. As you pour, a creamy, tan head rises, releasing an intricate array of aromas. The prominent scent of spicy rye greets you first, intertwined with an undercurrent of dark fruits like plums and black cherries. A warm alcoholic note is perceptible, adding to the overall boldness. The velvety smoothness of dark chocolate, the robustness of roasted malts and the natural spiciness of the rye create a palate experience strong and silky.
SERVING: 10 ºC – 12 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASS. FOOD PAIRING: PORK CHOPS, BEEF, LAMB, TRUFFLE CHEESE, CHOCOLATE RICH DESERTS.
Este o bere neagra, brasata cu pasiune si rabdare, abordarea noastra diferita asupra unui Imperial Rye Porter. Brasata din cele mai fine ingrediente, aceasta bere se remarca prin culoarea sa intensa, de un abanos profund. Parfumul predominant de secara intampina prima data alaturi de note de fructe precum prune si cirese negre. Gustul este intens, cu note de ciocolata neagra, malt prajit si notele calde de alcool. Caracterul complex este amplificat prin sinteza drojdiilor, creand o armonie perfecta in fiecare bere.
Aceasta bere poate fi pastrata o perioada indelungata, dezvoltandu-si caracterul in timp.
